About us
Arpoador Consulting is a boutique consultancy which provides advisory and management services on existing projects or new ones as well as high-end advisory to management boards and CEOs. Our firm specializes in managing and guiding project processes from start to finish as regarding planning, organizing, motivating, controlling resources and implementing adequate procedures in order to achieve all the project goals. We take responsibility for managing budgets, resources and relationships to achieve organizational objectives as well as for planning and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Wojciech Dziedzic

Wojciech has over 16 years of experience in consulting and asset management.
Since 2008 he hold various advisory roles in start-ups and family offices concentrated around asset management, real estates, cybersecurity, wealth creation, blockchain, DeFi, artificial intelligence, machine learning, layer 1 protocols and NFTs for commercial use.
During his career that is for last 14 years he managed a book of 63bn USD in fixed income products and co-managed a book of 23bn EUR.
In 2005, Wojciech graduated from Warsaw University in Law (MA Law), subsequently in 2006 he graduated from Hull University in Business and Financial Management (BA Business and Financial management). In 2008, he obtained MSc Investments degree from Birmingham University (MSc Investments). Furthermore, in 2011, he graduated from SWPS (MA Psychology).
